The service and its operator
SteamCall is a software and API service operated by an individual in Poland. Contact [email protected] for service, account or contractual questions.
SteamCall provides supported Steam Inventory workflows and Images preparation and delivery. It is independent of Valve and Steam. Third-party names and item artwork belong to their respective owners.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep your login, API keys and service-account Credentials secure. You are responsible for the integrations and authorized users acting through your account. Report suspected compromise promptly and revoke affected Credentials.
Use only data and content you are entitled to access or process. Do not bypass private inventories, authentication, rate limits or other access controls; violate third-party terms; infringe intellectual property; or use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity. SteamCall does not grant permission to use third-party data or artwork.
Plans, allowances and changes
A base plan can be combined with eligible product add-ons. Your confirmed offer defines its price, currency, billing period, included operations or delivery allowance, and technical limits. Check the pricing page and the final checkout before buying. Draft or unavailable packages cannot be purchased.
Allowances are service capacity, not a cash balance. Unused monthly allowance does not carry over, and extra usage is not automatically billed. An upgrade grants paid additional rights only after its payment has been verified. Previewing a change or completing a browser checkout callback does not itself grant access.
Plan-change confirmation shows the effective date and any charge. Previously accepted work and paid rights are handled according to the confirmed change and refund rules; new offer versions do not silently replace an existing paid agreement.
Recurring payments and cancellation
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the payment and supplies its buyer terms. Checkout shows the final payable amount and applicable taxes before confirmation. A paid subscription renews at the disclosed interval until canceled.
You can request cancellation through the available account billing controls or support. The confirmation shows when cancellation takes effect; a scheduled cancellation normally leaves the paid service available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions.
Existing prepaid usage
Any supported use of an existing prepaid credit balance is separate from a recurring subscription. The account billing screen and API documentation explain which operations accept it. Internal usage credits are not withdrawable money and are not a promise of a new funding option.
Where prepaid Inventory Refresh is supported, it reserves credits while collection runs and settles the final charge according to the result; unused reserved credits are released. Subscription-funded work instead uses the applicable product allowance.
Availability, restrictions and support
Upstream availability, maintenance and technical limits can affect service. A saved Inventory revision is a past observation, not a guarantee of current Steam state. Use the published service status and API documentation when designing your integration.
We may restrict access to contain security incidents, abuse, unresolved payment disputes or violations of these terms. Contact support to request review. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies for a service that does not conform to its contract.
Personal data and changes to these terms
The Privacy policy explains account, service and billing data, necessary browser storage, optional analytics and your rights. Optional analytics does not determine whether you may use your account or make a purchase.
We will make updated terms available here and communicate material changes affecting existing agreements. Changes cannot retroactively remove statutory rights or rewrite historical financial evidence.
