Terms of service
These terms explain the practical rules for using SteamCall. Last updated 27 July 2026.
1. Your account
Use your own Steam account, keep API keys private, and provide accurate trade information. You are responsible for requests made with active keys.
2. Acceptable use
Do not abuse Steam, bypass limits, disrupt customers, probe systems without permission, resell access without approval, or use SteamCall unlawfully. Harmful traffic may be limited or suspended.
3. Credits and deposits
Prices are shown before use. Credits are spent when a billable request completes. TF2 deposits are credited only after an accepted trade is verified. Unsupported trades may be declined. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
4. Availability
Steam outages, maintenance, security events, or other circumstances can interrupt access. The public status page shows current and recent service information.
5. Privacy and security
We process the Steam identity, account settings, request records, and trade information needed to provide and protect the service. Do not send secrets or personal data in request parameters.
6. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms with reasonable notice when practical. You may stop at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms or create material risk.
