What happens during Steam maintenance?+
Steam inventories cannot be loaded while Steam Community is unavailable. SteamCall classifies upstream failures so your integration can respond appropriately.
Are there request-per-minute limits?+
Yes. Every API key has its own limit. New keys start at 120 requests per minute, and support can tune one production project without affecting your other integrations.
Can I rotate a compromised key?+
Yes. Rotate a project key from the dashboard; the new secret is shown once and the old key is revoked safely.
