Refund policy

Cancellation, refund requests and their effect on SteamCall subscription rights. Updated 13 October 2026.

Requesting help or a refund

For a purchase processed by Paddle, use Paddle's buyer support at Paddle.net or contact [email protected] with your account and transaction reference. Do not send payment-card details. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to those purchases alongside mandatory law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or nonconforming services. Any legally required information and consent concerning immediate digital-service supply must be provided in the purchase flow. Merely using the site or accepting these terms does not waive statutory rights.

Eligibility, timing and the amount of a discretionary refund depend on the purchase and its circumstances. We do not promise that every cancellation automatically produces a refund.

Cancellation and access

Cancellation stops renewal according to the effective date shown in its confirmation. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for that date. A refund request is separate from cancellation; check the confirmation of both actions.

Partial refunds and refunded upgrades

After an explicit staff review, a partial monetary refund where you retain the service keeps your agreed access and allowances; the monetary refund is recorded separately.

A full refund of an upgrade's net charge removes that upgrade's added allowance while preserving the original paid rights and already accepted work. A full refund of a purchased item can remove the rights contributed by that item. These rules do not turn a partial refund into a full product reversal.

Disputes and chargebacks are reviewed separately and can lead to temporary restrictions while the payment and service evidence are checked. Contact support for the effect on your specific subscription and accepted work.
